PHP Programmer - Stockport. Urgently needed!

Telewise Group (UK) Limited is now looking for two PHP programmers, you need to be:

* Very creative!!!
* Must be fluent in PHP5 and MYSQL development with at least 3 years experience.
* Very good understanding of OOP is required.
* Have CMS experience.
* Familiar with XML.
* Understand MVC architecture.
* Familiar withDHTML, AJAX, XHTML and good understanding of W3C would be huge advantage and preferable but not essential.
* Experience with planning and methodologies like UML would be a bonus
