Job Description:

The position will sit on the companies' operations board and senior management team. Your responsibilities will include:

* The strategy & management of the project management function within Amaze
* Providing leadership and management for all project managers within Amaze.
* Ensure all project are following process and project status, risks and actions are being dealt with
* Production reporting to senior management team, ensuring project margin's are managed and maintained
* Working with your team to efficiently & effectively run a smooth production facility in our Head office
* Approximately 80 staff. You will also aid planning new improvement initiatives as part of a fast moving business looking to achieve an additional 25% growth next year

Candidate Specification:

This role requires a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of running a successful production facility or programme of work, managing and mentoring a team of project managers.

Your experience may have developed within traditional project management but you must have the ability and understanding to cope with a new media business. New media knowledge is of obvious benefit but not essential.

This is a key strategic position within the company that requires a senior candidate with a proven track record. Candidates must already be at a very senior Project Manager level.
