To facilitate growth, the company is now seeking to recruit the following position.

Job Description:

To respond to increased demands for our products an exciting opportunity has arisen to further develop precast products from the M62 to the Scottish border. This role will be instrumental in expanding sales and will also be involved in product development and delivering marketing strategies. As a member of the sales team this individual will be responsible for managing an existing customer base and developing new markets; you will initiate and develop key relationships with contractors and construction organisations, introducing the whole range of products and solutions our company provides. In addition to basic salary, a company car, mobile, laptop and pension is included in the package.

Candidate Specification:

Possessing a minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience within a construction environment, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales and building strong customer relations. Some technical knowledge of building products is desirable, and an architectural degree would be deemed a great advantage. Essentially, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is very target-driven and self-motivated - this being a field-based role based from home.

Skills:

* Minimum 2 years in a field-based sales role
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* An understanding / experience of sales to the construction industry is highly desirable
