Job details:

Candidate must be experienced in web design, development, content management and web-based applications. Must have a comprehensive working knowledge and a demonstrated ability to transition and develop .gov web sites. Must also be familiar with the design and use of web-based Content Management Systems. Experience with Web Accessibility guidelines and Federal Government Websites Requirements a plus.

Job Duties:

- Writes all code for web applications, forms, websites and CMS system.

- Tests all code written and fixes problems before presenting to clients.

- Analyzes, develops and implements improvements to existing websites and web applications.

 

Skills and Experience: 

 

Bachelor's Degree in computer related field

- Minimum of 3 years direct experience and expertise in web development

- Proven expertise in HTML, XHTML, .NET, CSS, CMS, XML, Javascript, and SQL Server

- Experience with Flash, Cold Fusion, Webtrends, and PHP a plus

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
