STVDIO Media is looking for Flash character animators for e-cards and shorts
duration - Indefinite

Job details: Experienced Flash animators needed to create e-cards and other online cartoon shorts and games.

Main requirements:
1) At least 2 years experience as a 2D cartoon character animator in a professional capacity;
2) At least 1 year experience working in Flash;
3) Portfolio of your own original humorous characters and backgrounds;
4) Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
5) Speak/understand English;
6) Outrageous sense of humor!

Flash ActionScript experience not required.

The job has huge creative freedom. We supply the scripts and sounds, you do the design and animation. We encourage experimentation, and injecting your own personality into your work. We require our animators to have fun!

Job is freelance/part-time, pays biweekly. Workload is flexible, from 2 to 4 e-cards monthly, based on your own capacity and skills. Must be able to commit to a regular output.

Please send a resume and a link to your online portfolio, or MAXIMUM 2MB of samples (anything larger than 2MB will be bounced back):

- Animation samples or showreel preferably in SWF format. We want to see what you do specifically in Flash;
- Samples MUST include your own original humorous cartoon characters and backgrounds
- Additional examples of your own original character designs and backgrounds (jpegs okay);
- A brief description of yourself and your background.
