Job details: Webshots.com, one of the largest photo and video sharing communities on the web, is looking for a talented Actionscript programmer to join its ranks.

There are 15+ million monthly visitors to Webshots every month so your work will be viewed and used by millions of people across the world.

As a member of the Webshots engineering team, you will:
Help conceive, design, and implement cool Flash visualizations of photos and videos that our members can share with their friends and embed on blogs and Myspace.

Projects might include widgets, Flash scrapbooks, and photo/video organization.

Improve the functionality and robustness of our existing Flash applications: video player and slideshow player. Functionality improvements will include audio/visual annotations, music, and customizable transitions.

Work with our ad sales team to incorporate advertisers into our Flash apps.

Experience and Skills:
Flash Actionscript 2/3 experience
Excellent Object Oriented design skills
Experience writing Flash apps that communicate with external services

We are looking for someone who's very skilled at writing **maintainable** Actionscript code and effective at translating designs and mockups into products.
