Job description:

* Statement issue
* Complex broker account reconciliations (high value)
* Broker relationship management and liaison for all credit management issues
* Pro-active collections using collection cycle, including dunning letters
* Aged debt reporting and keeping management appraised of outstanding items and collection issues
* Ad-hoc credit management activity including short term projects and inter-team work initiatives

Candidate specification:

* Experience of managing insurance broker portfolios
* Excellent communication skills - written/ oral
* Self starter with ability to optimise work priorities
* Competent in Excel & Word
* Must be able to work within tight deadlines
* Flexible and adaptive
* Must be team orientated and be ready to assist other individuals or teams when required
* Able to build enduring relationships with internal as well as external clients

* Insurance market experience
* Experience of dealing with high value complex reconciliations
