The Association of Interior Specialists (AIS) represents the whole spectrum of those involved in the manufacture, supply and installation of all aspects of interior fit-outs and refurbishment. Our members are throughout the supply chain - from main interior contractors to specialist fit-out contractors, from interior systems manufacturers to distributors, from space planners to quantity surveyors, and so much more. Job Description:

As the Chief Executive of this well respected organisation, you will work with Board and staff to translate the agreed vision into business strategies that support the members. Building on the excellent foundations laid by the outgoing Chief Executive, you will work with a small but well-trained team of professional staff to continue delivering quality services to members. As an ambassador for AIS you will maintain and develop the high profile representation of the industry, utilising your contractor knowledge to increase the level of participation in industry forums while working to maintain and increase membership numbers.

Candidate Specification:

Ideally with an understanding of the issues facing members, you have the credibility and communication skills required to inherit and develop existing business relationships and network. A proven track record of formulating and implementing strategies and policies, you will have the management and leadership skills to build on the organisation's excellent reputation to guarantee continued success.
