Job details: Lead QA Automation Engineer Turbine is looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer who will work at the direction of the SQA Manager and assist with quality assurance procedures and/or the development and implementation of test plans and automation of test cases using Empirix e-Test and e-Load software, as well as DB and API level automation development for all levels of SQA projects. The Lead QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for participating in and gathering information related to the current software development lifecycle (SDLC) process, developing automation strategies and frameworks, test plans, defining and creating test scenarios, executing test scripts, assessing test results against expected results, and reporting defects as directed. In this position, you will also work with Engineering's other software development teams as needed to develop and better integrate automated testing tools and test harnesses as required.

Responsibilities :
Develop test scenarios for Turbines software products using business knowledge, requirements, and design documents.
Create test plans from scenarios.
Run tests and record results on product releases.
Identify and report quality assurance and testing issues and defects.
Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:
4+ years experience testing or developing software, web based application experience a plus.
Experience creating, maintaining, and executing tests using Empirix e-Test and e-Load or equivalent product.
Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using Empirix e-Test and e-Load or equivalent product
Experience using SQL Server Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer, and/or Microsoft Enterprise development tools in a product testing environment
Experience testing or developing web based applications
