ROCKSTAR SAN DIEGO is looking for TOOLS PROGRAMMERS
duration - Full Time

Job details: TOOLS PROGRAMMERS Responsibilities:
Maintain and extend the development of our current Maya exporter and asset pipeline system.
Implement game interface to load exported and other externally created data.
Develop and maintain applications to validate, view, and manipulate exported or other game data.
Work where necessary to interface with project-specific systems.
Assist project team members, including artists, designers, and programmers, to fulfill specific project tool needs.
Write and maintain technical design and end user documentation of tools in the exporter and asset management system.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of programming experience in game development.
Ability to work within a schedule.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent C/C++ programming skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Desirable skills:
Knowledge of Maya SDK, and MEL.
Shipped multiple titles on target or related platforms.
