Prior work in the MMO space is extremely attractive, but not a pre-requisite.

The desire to do things never seen before. Programming a game built on an IP created by R.A. Salvatore, and drawn by Todd McFarlane is the task.
Relocation to Maynard, Massachusetts is a requirement.
Passion to play and design MMO's is a must.
Salaries are very much in line with the industry standards.
