Job details: Lead QA Tester Are you an experienced Test Lead whos tired of insanely long work hours, dysfunctional development cycles, and frequent last minute scrambles? There is hope! Required Skills:
* 4-5 years industry QA experience
* 1+ years leading a small team of QA testers
* Experience identifying and reporting critical bug statistics
* Experience writing test plans
* Strong supervisory skills
* Must be detail oriented
* Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Willingness to lead a small team of QA testers on a per project basis

Desirables:
* Experience managing an automated testing process
* Knowledge of agile development methodologies a plus
* Familiarity with C++, C#, and Lua a plus
* Experience working with a player community
* Previous involvement with studio/publisher communications
