Cognosys Software Limited is a Travel Technology company focused on developing software solutions for Travel sector and offering domain aware solutions in travel vertical.

We require multi functionary professional software developers, preferably with a degree level educational background in Computer Science or computer applications and minimum industry experience of 2 years to work in the following technologies:

Enterprise in J2EE/EJB. Strong experience in JBOSS, ATG Dynamo, Apache, Tomcat application/web servers. Experience of working with Informix 9.x and/or Oracle 8i+. Scripting experience in Perl and JSP.

Experience in datawarehousing using Informatica and/or Cognos tools. Experience of working with various operating systems Solaris, UNIX, Windows.

Experience in Perl, CRM, E.epiphany working with various operating systems UNIX, Windows.

Experience in Network security and architecture with knowledge of SNMP, SMTP and other networking protocols.

Experience in Microsoft technologies for developing n-tier enterprise applications such as COM,NET,DNA,VB,VC++, ASP, Javascript,SOAP, SQL and related database skills etc, together with CRM and E.epiphany.

Previous experience of end-to-end SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) with special emphasis on offshore software development is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of travel domain and various GDS technologies will be an added advantage.

Positions are based in London. Salaries will be in the range of £28,000-£40,000 p.a. depending on skills, experience and educational qualifications.
