Simnasium is looking for Java Engineer
duration - Full Time

Job details: Java Engineer Responsibilities:
Work with our Architect to maintain the Simnasium Total Baseball website and games
Analyze bugs within the website and games. Design and implement fixes and solutions while working with other Engineers.
Play a large part in the creation and implementation of new games.

Required Experience:
Java, Java Servlets (cookies, sessions, etc.)
Resin/Tomcat JSP and other page templating techniques
HTML, Javascript, css, dhtml
MYSQL (table definitions, queries, indexes) & database persistence layers
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage the delivery of quality software components within tight schedules.
A minimum of three years of experience programming in a gaming environment.
BS in Computer Science or other technically equivalent degree.

Highly Desirable:
Experience working on multi-server, high traffic site(s) a definite plus.
Experience and comfort with working in a fast-paced growth-company environment is desired.
Of course, a love of sports and games is a plus.
