Job details: Lead Programmer This is a core member of our company, whose vision can shape the future of our next generation technology and games.

Responsibilities:
Guide the design and architecture of the new project
Management of the programming team, including technical leadership, mentoring, and scheduling
Provide creative solutions to difficult problems
Keep the programming team running smoothly and on-time
Other duties as needed

Requirements:
5 or more years industry experience in C++ and object oriented design
Management experience on shipped titles
Development experience on console platforms
Game industry experience as lead programmer
B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent)
Mature, team-focused and flexible
Proactive programming style that anticipates and resolves project roadblocks
Able to manage own time efficiently while switching between mentoring, teaching and leading others

Pluses:
Avid gamer
Next generation console development experience (PS3 or Xbox360)
The ability and desire to manage infinite satyrs typing on infinite PCs
Proficient PC skills, with the ability to learn new software
Effective leadership & negotiation skills
