duration - Full Time
Job details: Gameplay Programmer, Bond Treyarch is looking for a Gameplay Programmer for our upcoming Bond title. The studio recently shipped Ultimate Spider-Man and Call of Duty 2: Big Red One. The studio is focusing on developing and hiring for next gen titles.
Qualifications:
The candidate filling this position will be responsible for bringing to life several playable characters for our upcoming Bond title.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain playable characters and NPCs for our new title.
Improve tools with which AI behavior can be adjusted.
Work with designers to improve playable character and NPC behavior.
Work with other programmers to interface with all project subsystems, including networking, and physics
Continue development with aim to optimize both content generation and runtime performance.
Prerequisite skills:
Superior C++ proficiency.
Superior communication skills.
Experience in sensible API design.
Fundamental knowledge of 3D game math.
Experience writing gameplay and AI code.
B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering major.
Bonus skills:
Experience shipping console titles.
