Gas Powered Games is looking for Multiplayer Software Engineer
duration - Full Time

Job details: Multiplayer Software Engineer 5+ years development experience.
Significant experience with professional game development (PC, console, multiplayer handheld, etc); or large-scale, enterprise software development in the relevant technologies (below) and a demonstrated passion for multiplayer gaming.
Expert-level developer experienced with the following technologies:
o C# / C++
o .Net Framework
o ASP.NET
o Scripting languages
Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP network protocols.
Excellent knowledge of Client/Server and Peer-to-Peer network architectures.
Experience developing high performance applications in clustered environments.
Experience with multiplayer matchmaking, ladders and community-based features.
Demonstrated experience with multiplayer gaming communities (e.g. mod- and map-creation, competitive gaming, etc).
B.S in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
