3+ years of experience building Java applications with a good knowledge of Java 2, J2ME, J2EE
Four years of technical degree or equivalent work experience.
Some experience in Hibernate, Struts, and Spring.
An understanding or prior usage of XML, APIs.
Expert knowledge of Object Oriented Programming principles/methodology.
SQL/relational database and/or JDBC experience desired
Ethics and Ability to deliver the deliverables you promise on time.
