Visual Concepts - 2K Sports is looking for Front-End/Gameplay Engineer
duration - Full Time

Job details: Front-End/Gameplay Engineer Working closely with producers, designers and artists, you will build, refine, and implement font-end gameplay features. You will transform design into reality as you create compelling user interfaces, new game modes, and real world sports management features such as scouting, team and game management and front office player trades and franchise budgeting. Applying your engineering talents and passion for sports games you will model and develop realistic AI, deep content and intuitive user navigation experiences.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related academic discipline
- Thorough understanding of software engineering concepts with fluency in C/C++
- Ability to develop robust, reusable, adaptable and easily interpreted code
- Experience in user interface Design and development
- Passion for videogames
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with a wide range of game development professionals
- The discipline and self-initiative for delivering on schedule

Preferred, but not required::
- Previous console game development experience
- Experience in AI
- Interest in sports and experience with the 2K Sports lineup
