Backbone Entertainment is looking for a Lead 3D Software Engineer with proven PS2, XBox or PSP experience.

Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic team player to work on current and next generation projects. The Lead Engineer is responsible for motivating a team, setting schedules, working with other disciplines (art, design, production), and meeting those timelines. You will work with individuals to produce professional quality commented code. Reports to 3D Technical Manager.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of both C and C++ programming languages;
5+ years of professional programming experience;
Management experience and excellent communication and team building skills;
Shipped 4+ titles;
Scheduling experience in MS Project;
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
3D Rendering (soft rendering experience is preferable)
Artificial Intelligence
Collision Systems
Physics and Applied Calculus
Multiplayer Networking
Hardware Optimization
Tool Development
