Job details: Lead Game Programmer Concrete Games is a new game development studio located in Carlsbad, CA and owned by THQ Inc., one of the top worldwide video game publishers. We are focusing on next-generation console technology and development and are looking for good people to grow with us.

A Lead Game Programmer is needed to manage and mentor the game team as we build next generation games using internal technology. Lead game programmer will be expected to follow the technical direction of the Software Engineering Director and help mentor junior level programmers.

Requirements:
7 years programming experience
Excellent C/C++ knowledge
Ability to manage a team effectively
Completed at least 2 full development cycles or at least worked on 4 plus projects
Computer Science degree preferred or relevant experience
Positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Willingness to adapt

Recommended:
Experience with game console programming
