At least 3 years of professional consumer web development experience.
Expert knowledge of an OO language.
Previously developed a feature using Ruby on Rails.
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux/FreeBSD
PHP/MySQL, Perl, Python, XML, DHTML, Javascript, AJAX experience.
Familiarity with Web 2.0 Trends, SOAP, RSS and XML feeds and Web Services
A computer science or engineering degree from a good university.
An instinct for usability, UI, database design and highly efficient web platforms.
Ethics and Ability to deliver the deliverables you promise on time.
