Vigil Games is looking for Senior Programmer
duration - Full Time

Job details: Senior Programmer We are looking for strong experienced programmers to help develop a next-gen action-adventure title.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Lead Programmer and programming team to drive the implementation of the projects technical vision.
Provide creative solutions to technical problems and see that they are carried to completion.
Hands-on coding in C++.

SKILLS & QUALFICIATIONS:
Has previously held a programming position on at least one shipped console or PC title.
Fundamental understanding of all aspects of game engine development: 3D, sound, physics, AI, networking, multi- threading, UI, tools.
Demonstrated proficiency in C++.
Experience working with a cross-platform engine.
A strong understanding of software Engineering practices.
Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability at successful multi tasking under considerable pressure.
An avid gamer with strong interest in pushing the industry forward creatively.
