What's the best way to put a simple form on a webpage that can be submitted to someone on the other end?
I'm playing with a simple HTML FORM with the action set as a mailto: link, but what happens if the user doesn't have a mail client installed (e.g. I use gmail and it doesn't work)
I'm not sure if the server has ASP.NET or PHP support
