I'm using frames in my web pages. How do I get search engines to be able to find my web pages?

I know there's a lot of controversy against it.

Oy, you're using them for navigation
Stop using frames, look up includes
Easier to implement than having to manage a frame-based site
Server side includes

Ok, I don't have time RIGHT NOW to do what your suggestion, as I am running a company and doing everything myself.
I need a quick, temporary solution.
Nm, I'll search web for answer.

Well, i don't have time RIGHT NOW to help you fix your site, either
But when you do have the time, drop the frames
Or hire someone to do it for you
