Anyone know how to setup WMV streaming directly on a website ? Documentation to understand how to realise that?

And another thing, is it possible to take the 1st frame of the uploaded video and create an image, so each video will have a preview image on the html page, user will click the image, and it will direct him to another page with the video being played ?
