We are recruiting a team to create an innovative online game that will SHOCK THE WORLD. The concept is so ground breaking that every designer we talked to described the design task as it is beyond fun. The gameplay is so fun that our focus group moderator almost had to bribe the audience to stop playing.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for all phases of development for community and communication features such as instant messaging, 3D avatar chats, crazy expressions, and clubs/guilds.
Own deliverables from start to finish including defining technical requirements, technical design, coding, test tools, release, and maintenance.
Collaborate with fellow engineers to integrate the systems.
Continue to enhance programming and communication skills.
Create reusable technologies.
Give realistic work estimates and proactively manage work progress with the Development Director.
Requirements
5+ years of professional coding experience in C++.
Proven track record of being in a lead position. Able to drive your technical architecture, not only execute.
Strong technical requirements gathering and documentation methodology
Demonstrated ability to learn a new platform quickly
Must be very detailed oriented and can quickly identify technical risk and missing aspects of a technical design without overlooking small details.
Self motivated and strong work ethics. Can be counted on to rise to the occasion in the face of adversity.
Good references!
Preferred
Shipped an online avatar chatting or instant messaging service
Shipped a game with strong online component (e.g. MMORPG, multiplayer causal game, packaged game with multiplayer online)
Flash / Java coding experience
Shipped a mobile game
