Destineer is looking for Senior Game Engineer

Job details: Senior Game Engineer Our Senior Game Engineer will work closely with Game Designers and other engineers to code a play mechanic that has never before been implemented in a 3D shooter. Driving technical implementation of gameplay from initial conception to design to coding to playtesting and balancing, our Senior Game Engineer is capable of self-definition in fully realizing their experience with gameplay systems and techniques. We will give you the freedom to set your course, as well as the support you need to steer it.

Responsibilities:
Play key role in designing and implementing gameplay systems
Interface with design team to ensure gameplay satisfies design requirements
Create and complete task list and schedule based on design

Job Requirements:
3+ years experience in game industry or at least 1 shipped title
Excellent working knowledge of C and C++
Good C++ design skills
Solid 3D math skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent team and communication skills
B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent game experience

Helpful:
Experience with console programming
Experience with multiple processors
Experience with game scripting
