Job details: Lead Programmer We are looking for a Lead Programmer capable of owning and managing a large and diverse code base. You need to have many years of coding experience and be the kind of programmer who is able to grasp new languages and methods extremely quickly. As lead you would be largely responsible for many large system design issues, and so experience building good maintainable systems is a must. A lead programmer should have no fear of jumping into someone elses large complicated system, debugging, integrating, adding features, and be able to solve problems where others can't. You need an extreme go to attitude, and a willingness to work with and coordinate other coders. Familiarity with many of the systems of advanced web authoring with an understanding of scalable, large scale architectures is a big plus. Required skills include, C++ (must have), C, JavaScript, Flash ActionScript, Perl, HTML, XML, client/server architectures, etc. But overall you must be an extremely experienced, motivated, intelligent, and flexible coder. Several years professional experience is needed, and relevant degrees are a plus. Salary DOE.
