__*** Problem solved now ***____
using tables centering ( refer to tip on centering )
My web design at www.gwx.biz uses absolute positioning and the 'dead-center' positioning method. ( neg. margin and 50percent positioning )...
Does my method of positioning or me using absolute positioning caused the content to be cut off at lower resolutions ( around 800x600 )?? When the browser window is resized smaller, or when you view it at low res, the window content gets cut off completely*. There is no scrollbar to let you view the content you are missing out on!
I couldn't find anything on the Internet and this is very very puzzling. I work at 1600x1200 so I didn't notice the resolution problem until sirkent, rosanda and some other friends and acquaintances told me so.
Is there a way to fix it? Given that I consider myself no longer a newcomer in css-p, I can do with some links or just a brief explanation. |
