The Web Developer will work with business owners, marketing representatives, product managers and software engineers to design and build consumer web-focused software applications and content. Qualifications: ? Minimum 4 years working experience in developing web applications. ? Experience developing web sites for highly trafficked consumer businesses. ? Ability to construct HTML/CSS/JavaScript to fit into 100 page plus web consumer facing web sites. ? Ability to use text editors to create and modify HTML ? Familiar with HTML Editing Tools ? Familiar using graphic development tools such as Photoshop ? Understanding of cross browser compatibility (Firefox, IE, Opera). ? Have built consumer tested Flash and Action Script applications. ? Ability to work in a multidisciplinary development environment with software engineers, marketing representatives and graphic designers. ? Familiar with documenting work through HTML structure and external generated documents. ? Thrive in fast moving startup environments. ? Good communication skills. Capable of working with marketing and business managers in translating their ideas into practical web applications. ? The ability to troubleshoot and QA web applications. ?
