The skills required for this position are 3-4 years of commercial experience in PHP, MySQL, Flash actionscript, HTML and CSS. The right candidate will be in their mid to late 20s and he/she will be working alongside a small team of developers and designers. The successful candidate will be working on a project basis and taking control of the project form start to finish. There will also be the opportunity to visit Client sites on occasion and my Client has some of the biggest brand names among their Client portfolio. This position is very urgent to my Client and interviews can be held immediately. The salary for this position will be between £17000-£20000 as a basic salary and due to a really good performance related scheme, the OTE for the first year will be between £30000-£35000.
