You should have strong PHP and MySQL skills, with experience working on projects that integrate these technologies via ActionScript to websites with Flash frontends. It is also important that you have strong client-side skills and experience working on W3C compliant sites. You are expected to become their specialist in developing useable and accessible pages, as they bring larger-scale web development projects into the business. Ideally you will come from an agency environment. The pimary skills we are looking for are: PHP, MySQL and PHPMyAdmin, HTML, CSS, XHTML, XML, ActionScript, JavaScript and DHTML, Systems analysis and design, technical documentation, Experience developing DDA compliant websites to W3C standards. The secondary skills we are looking for are any of the following; ASP, Perl, Java and JSP, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.Server Admin (Inc. knowledge of IIS, Apache, Tomcat) If you have any of the following than it is a bonus.
