You will have: * 3+ years experience in the creative design of web and multimedia solutions for corporate organizations in a direct client-facing role, preferably from a digital consultancy, agency or client side digital team * 1+ years experience leading online user experience teams. Your work should include use of storyboards, scenarios, personas, wire frames, user journeys and graphic design to describe and deliver the user experience * 3+ years experience of working on commercial web sites, portals, intranets and eBusiness solutions * Client facing, you are comfortable in taking and making briefs for clients with the confidence to challenge where necessary, and employ excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders * 1st or upper 2nd class honors degree in a design related course * 3-5 years’ experience in use of Photoshop, Flash and other design-related software tools (e.g. Illustrator/Freehand/Authorware) together with skills in image optimisation, cross-browser compatibility and web testing issues * Some experience in hand coded HTML/ DHTML/ ASP, JavaScript, Dreamweaver (preferably MX), MS .NET, and database syntax such as MS SQL, Oracle required and as well as experience in using content management systems, e.g. Interwoven, Documentum or Vignette.
