The Company has approximately 300 employees in offices located throughout Europe and North America. Our Birmingham office is responsible for developing clinical trials management systems for the pharmaceutical industry using cutting edge technologies such as J2EE/Java etc. and currently has 3 mainstream products in this area: IMPACT is the world's most used enterprise wide CTMS, with over 14000 end users and with product modules for managing trial progress, planning, monitoring activities, supplies and finance. INITIATOR is specifically designed for Phase 1 unit management. INVESTIGATOR offers control of investigator information and allows selection of appropriate investigators and sites for a study. We are currently looking for 4 graduates to join our Graduate Programme where you will be given experience of working in our Development, Products Support and/or Test departments. The persons we are looking for will have: * Good communications skills (oral and written); * Basic IT experience; * Demonstrable programming aptitude; * Records of some work experience; * The ability to work as a member of a team; * Graduated this summer in, ideally, an IT related discipline (other disciplines will be considered).
