Ideal Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in science or technical field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years working in a professional technical support or consulting environment • Intimate knowledge of two of the three following Internet technologies and operations (Linux, PHP, MYSQL, XML) • Experience with CRM, SFA, MA or Customers Service applications. • Major European Languages advantageous.
