| Technical Support Analyst - London - Telecoms Salary: £40-45,000 + bonus + benefits Location: London Company: Indigo Partners Date posted: 8 Aug 2005 Technical Support Analyst (IP Provisioning, Unix, Oracle) is required by this London based Telecoms software consultancy to provide effective customer technical support across their range of products and services. Key tasks include troubleshooting product installations, resolving difficult and complex problems by applying extensive knowledge of design principles, procedures and practices, provide guidance in product usage to customers and partners, take responsibility for resolving complex issues which require extensive research and analysis, conduct on site customer system reviews, interface with software development, product and quality assurance teams to ensure product reliability and managing customers throughout the problem resolution cycle. Degree educated you will have gained 3-5 years experience troubleshooting systems and software ideally within a telecoms company or a systems integrator, coupled with excellent client facing experience. Technical skills will include Unix and Windows systems administration, Oracle, IP provisioning for both VPN’s and QoS, Scripting experience either Perl, Python or Unix Shell scripts and ability to perform complex bug verifications and product installations.
