ABOUT THIS POSITION Specific Duties / Responsibilities From beginning to end, shape gameplay. Work with other AI programmers, designers and animators to take game features from concept to execution. Make your ideas come to life. Break new ground: explore co-op behaviour and group coordination on levels never before seen. Design and implement core systems for character and vehicle AI. Seamlessly combine the two to create incredibly lifelike environments. Create, develop and maintain advanced AI tools and pipelines to make this all possible. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of game development experience with specific experience in character and/or vehicle AI. Shipped title a plus. Console (Xbox, PS2, GameCube) development experience a plus. Technical Skills / Expertise Excellent C++ programming skills. Ability to define, meet or beat a schedule. Critical Soft-Skill Requirements A team-player spirit. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude. Bonus Passion for making and playing over-the-top action games. Experience of developing 3rd person action-adventure games. An eye for character animation and art.
