Ideally the candidate will have shipped one title or more. However, strong demo skills or indie projects are also acceptable. See below for details. Frozen Codebase is a funded startup company. Frozen Codebase will strive to build the best game possible, and you should too. The job is in Green Bay Wisconsin but our pay reflects that of the rest of the industry. Description of Duties - Add systems to improve the player experience in a console title - Develop game mechanics - Work with game content (triggers, pickups, etc.) Qualifications - Must be able to demonstrate strong programming skills (previous game shipped or provide demo) - Must be able to work in a team environment, take direction well and provide leadership where needed. - Experts in physics, game mechanics and/or AI are encouraged to apply. - If you do not have a game credit as a programmer, please provide websites or attachments that have sample code showing your ability to solve problems and an understanding of C/C++ and scripting languages (e.g. Lua, Python, Torque Script); code must be legible and maintainable.
