Responsibilities Guide the design and architecture of the new project. Management of the programming team, including technical leadership, mentoring, and scheduling. Provide creative solutions to difficult problems. Keep the programming team running smoothly and on-time. Requirements 5 or more years industry experience in C++ and object oriented design. Management experience on shipped titles. Development experience on console platforms. Game industry experience as lead programmer. B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent). Mature, team-focused and flexible. Proactive programming style that anticipates and resolves project roadblocks. Able to manage own time efficiently while switching between mentoring, teaching and leading others. Pluses Avid gamer. Next generation console development experience (PS3 or Xbox360). The ability and desire to manage infinite satyrs typing on infinite PCs.
