| subject: Lead Game Programmer , Iron Lore Entertainment Iron Lore Entertainment is looking for Lead Game Programmer duration - Full Time Job details: Lead Game Programmer Responsibilities Guide the design and architecture of the game code. Work on a wide variety of systems including, AI, UI, skills, combat, gameplay systems, and other game functionality as needed. Management of the game programming group, including technical leadership, mentoring, and scheduling. Requirements 5 or more years industry experience in C++ and object oriented design. Development experience on console platforms. Game industry experience as lead or senior programmer. B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent). Mature, team-focused and flexible. Proactive programming style that anticipates and resolves project roadblocks. Able to manage own time efficiently while switching between mentoring, teaching and leading others. Project and/or group management skills. Pluses Avid gamer. Next generation console development experience (PS3 or Xbox360). The ability to smite all who stand in our way.
