As a member of the Clients development team, you will be expected to produce software to a given specification in addition to thinking 'outside the box' to identify opportunities, potential issues and solutions to colleagues. You would also be responsible for producing software to company standards and checking the quality of other members of the development team, acting as a manager should this be required. In addition to an abundance of programming talent you will need a passion for technology of all kinds - particularly Internet technology. You will need to have an in-depth knowledge of PHP, Perl, ASP, MySQL, Apache and a host of other Web technologies. You will have a good understanding of object oriented programming, client/server systems and relational databases.
