| subject: Interactive Web Designer , Synergy Corporate Technologies Synergy Corporate Technologies is looking for Interactive Web Designer duration - Indefinite Job details: Description:The Interactive Web Designer is responsible for providing innovative, cutting-edge design solutions for high-profile clients. This position requires a thorough understanding of information design and identity design as they relate to the online and application environments. The Interactive Designer must have the ability to clearly communicate creative solutions to all stakeholders. Working with Producers and Developers, the Interactive Designer will develop creative briefs and oversee all design direction for interactive projects. Experience with Flash and Actionscripting is preferred.Core Responsibilities: - Create concepts and design for web interfaces, web applications, online marketing, and web banners - Work collaboratively with Producers to define page types and templates for production - Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the implementation of design for projects - Must be able to work effectively under tight deadlines - Strong image compression techniques for Flash and web - Site image optimization skills - CSS and HTML template development preferred - Work with creative staff in the development of concepts and refinement of design - Understand and apply both business and user goals as part of the design process - Work collaboratively with production team to develop interface functionality - Flash experience preferred, including video and XML integration - Work on projects and process, help to diffuse or solve problems not limited to general responsibilities - Personal time management skills: Prioritization and personal project management - Clearly and effectively communicate production decisions to project owners and clients - Ability to revisit and revise according to new direction/suggestion - Ability to work with management to obtain background information and thoroughly understand project specifications Required Skills - PhotoShop, Flash (Animation, Actionscript, XMI Integration, Video) HTML, CSS, Javascript Preference For - Illustrator, After Effects ·College degree in computer art, design, graphics or related field is preferred·A strong knowledge of Information Architecture, layout, typography, and photo editing.
