Description: CONTRACT PROGRAMMER POSITION - August 15, 2005 International Outreach Program - St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Primary Responsibilities: Provide programming support to online medical and educational web sites being developed by the International Outreach Program at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital http://www.stjude.org/io Primary Skills: Must be able to design, implement, install, document and maintain computer programs written in PHP and MySQL in Linux for online medical database applications. Education and Experience: A recent or in-progress degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required. At least two years of programming experience. Knowledge of medical informatics or/and Spanish language a plus. Hours and Location: 35 hours per week. - Must be able to work on site at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital during normal business hours (9 AM - 5:00 PM). Work is paid hourly - rate depends on qualifications of applicant.
