Apple's Product Architecture group is seeking an enthusiastic electrical engineer to support electrical & system design and experimentation. Applicant will be responsible for investigation, integration, implementation, and verification of electrical and mechanical sub-systems. The candidate will work closely with architects and scientists in definition & design, as well as with product engineering teams to integrate the sub-systems into a highly constrained system. The applicant must be familiar with computer system architecture & PCB layout using high speed digital design rules. Duties include driving schematic capture, guiding PCB/EMC design, prototyping, bring-up debugging, hardware bug tracking, functional verification and signal characterization. BSEE or MSEE with 2+ years of experience required. For senior roles, BSEE or MSEE and 6+ years of experience required. This job is located in: Santa Clara Valley |
