Do you want to make Massively Multiplayer games that play as fast as First Person Shooters? If so, we want to talk to you. Bigfoot Networks is looking for a Senior Game Server programmer that has expertise on the client/server interactions of online games (FPS or MMO) to help us make the next generation of Games Play hella fast and with no performance problems. You will help game developers make games that dont lag by architecting and developing core technology that those games will use. You will work with many different game developers to implement the architecture, and you will get to do lots of testingso you better like playing games too! 10+ years of game software design, experience in client/server game networking architecture and programming, socket programming, and superior skills in C++ and C, all a must. MMO or FPS game experience also required. Full Time Employee will be responsible for architecture and implementation of programming interface for an MMO/FPS Game Network API + System. Employee will also help with the Game Network APIs interaction with some really amazing Hardware Devices capable of accelerating the Game API.
