These include Oxo, Homepride, Batchelors and Campbell's. Job Description: This role will be responsible for all of the finance operations for this £100m turnover site. You will report into the Factory Manager and be responsible for the supervision of four staff (including qualified level members) Your remit will cover several areas, key to the effective and efficient management of the site. This will include management reporting, periodic forecasting, capital planning and strategic planning. In addition to these areas, you will be responsible for a considerable degree of ongoing projects. Current examples of these cover Sarbanes Oxley compliance, IFRS procedures and implementation of SAP software. Candidate Specification: This represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Finance Manager to join one of the region's largest and most prestigious employers. You will be encouraged to continually develop your practical and interpersonal skills and contribute to a lively and dynamic management team. You will already feel comfortable to provide a significant input into senior management meetings and to manage and lead an excellent team of staff. Skills: You will ideally be an ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified accountant with approximately 3 years post qualification experience. You will either have gained experience of working within the manufacturing sector or be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of factory accounting.
