This job doesn't require experience, but we expect you to have the technical chops and knowledge of games to be able to hit the ground running. Every day you could be: Developing new systems in areas you enjoy in both common and esoteric areas from AI, Graphics, Physics and pathfinding to network engineering, server configuration and database programming; Extending existing systems to adapt to the ever-changing needs of a massively multiplayer game; Collaborating with innovative art and design teams. What you need to work here: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely; Extremely proficient in C programming and debugging. You must be a brilliant programmer; and An in depth knowledge of and experience with games.
