The ideal candidate is passionate about innovating creative ways to enhance learning experiences in a fast paced challenging work environment. Ideal candidate driven to solve problems, and wants hands on experience leveraging and learning the latest technologies in a global team environment. Responsibilities Include: ? Provide advisory support and services to Global Learning & Development (GL&D;) management on the development and implementation of eLearning initiatives. Interface with internal organizations in support of the GL&D; web site and eLearning applications (ie., GIS, network security and others ? Work with GL&D; instructional design team, participate with storyboard reviews and provide programming design recommendations for web-based training and online job aids. ? Working from storyboards, develop templates and program the required WBT (Web Based Training), assessments/tests and online job aids, using the appropriate and accepted programming web technologies (HTML, JavaScript. ASP, ASP.NET). Integrate the eLearning to existing databases. ? Provide guidance and programming recommendations to ensure products are user friendly (easy to use, attractive, accessible and functional) ? Creates professional looking graphics/photography/technical drawings/images and creative graphic effects for ILT and WBT programs and company presentations. ? Builds animations, animated GIFs and Flash-based sequences together in a logical and effective manner to ensure graphics, animation, text and sound effects/audio are appropriate and effective. ? Designs and develops web-based interface look and feel. Provides creative, color and visual and graphic recommendations to the project team. Sources new photography and stays current on graphic and web programming tools and trends to ensure variety, diversity and leading edge design. ? Maintain and manage the Learning & Development training web site, Tracking/Reporting database and administrative application, and the GL&D; training Learning Management application. ? Maintain and update existing GL&D; courses and application, and troubleshoot problems with web-based training, eLearning support applications and the Learning & Development website ? Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) testing on all web-based development projects (elearning course and web applications). Position Requirements: ? Experienced at a senior level in the development, programming, implementation and maintenance of eLearning applications and support tools. Expert user of web programming, & graphic design tools ? three (3) year college programming certification; Working experience of ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, Database programming (MSSQL) and graphic dev. ? Experienced at a senior level in the development, programming, implementation and maintenance of eLearning applications and support tools. Expert user of web programming, & graphic design tools. ? Proven working experience in developing and programming web-based training and application using industry and corporate web standards (ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, MSSQL) and programming/development tools (Dream weaver, MSFrontPage, .NET Studio, Flash). ? Proven ability and experience in developing graphics and animations, audio editing and use of various graphic programs, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash. ? Minimum of 2 year college degree in programming and graphic design, 10 years experience in programming computer-based training CBT, and on-line learning courses and support tools. ? Background in Instructional Design concepts both instructor-led and online. ? Working knowledge and knowledge in the programming and implentation of various LMS/ Database systems, including interfacing and integrating with SCORM, AICC, and similar training standards and technologies Minimum Educational Requirements: ?
