This position is in the Modeling Solutions Product Division of Telelogic and may be located in the Boston area or New York City. See our website at http://www.ilogix.com/homepage.aspx The eLearning course developer plans, designs, develops and deploys web-based, self-study courses on Telelogic modeling products. Courses are planned and designed based on consultation with subject matter experts developing the products as well as with individuals in Marketing and Customer Support knowledgable about customer training needs. The positioning of eLearning courses with instructor-led product training is thought out as part of the planning process. Courses are developed using the Syberworks Web Author development framework and posted on the Syberworks hosted learning management system. The courses must include interactive elements including demonstrations, you try it exercises, rollover elements and test questions. Courses are thoroughly reviewed by subject matter experts and revised prior to deployment. Experience: ? Ability to communicate clear technical concepts both verbally and in writing ? Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals in geographically dispersed groups ? Knowledge of instructional design methodologies ? Experience with and desire to learn Adobe Captivate, Flash, Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro and Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. ? Experience with systems and software modeling tools ? Ability to synthesize complex technical information and break it down into clear and manageable pieces ? Ability to identify key concepts and topics to cover in eLearning courses focused on learner needs ?
